Manager of So Portland Maine store would rather keep his sales of Gold Card numbers up than listen to a customers complaint. He did NOT explain to me what a gold card was or that I was being charged for one. When I returned product because the directions of use were different than what he'd explained and product was not what I needed plus the taste wasn't for me I was still not told what the benefits of a gold card are. This is sneaky, slimy sales tricks and what ever happened to the customer is always right? He got all defensive and argumentative making me feel like I was wrong not understanding what he didn't explain to me in the first place. It's only $15 that I've lost on a card I will never use. I will never go in GNC again. Good job Josh.
